Every few years, Sunbelt Rentals hosts a landmark internal conference that spans several halls of the Georgia World Congress Center and brings employees together from near and far.

At the heart of this two-day experience was the “Anytown, USA” exhibit hall, a creative concept that transformed the space into a Branded Environment that created a vibrant American town. Through interactive displays and real-world vignettes, Sunbelt showcased its diverse products and revenue streams in relatable, everyday scenarios. This hands-on approach allowed attendees to engage directly with the brand.

On Location served as general contractor for Impact XM, managing all on-site coordination, including freight management, setup, and execution for this large-scale production. Our team ensured seamless logistics and delivery in order to create an event that energized and united the organization.
