LinkedIn hosted a private event at their New York City office to review upcoming trends with their team.  DEEPLOCAL needed assistance with installation and dismantle during non-office hours as well as freight load in and load out which means navigating New York City rules and regulations as well as rush hour traffic.   

Installation required a designated team for freight handling and for physical assembly of the custom fabricated structures.  Pre-event planning was crucial to successfully navigate the Big Apple and accommodating LinkedIn’s busy schedule.  The LinkedIn office setting had to be business ready during the entire length of time for installation and dismantle.
