On Location was instrumental in bringing the Cirrus Aircraft outdoor exhibit to life at the EAA AirVenture show in Wisconsin. Unlike a controlled convention hall environment, this installation demanded adaptability and thoughtful execution under high heat and the unique challenges of an open-air setting.

Alongside Impact XM, On Location team managed every detail from setup and on-site coordination to breakdown despite the demanding conditions. It also involved working closely with the client and staying agile throughout the event – one that showcased Cirrus Aircraft in the best possible light.
