On Location supplied the skilled labor for the permanent installation of Krispy Kreme’s flagship store in Times Square, NYC, executing all millwork and Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) with precision and craftsmanship. This wasn’t a typical retail build. The immersive branded environment featured elements to include the iconic giant donut box and custom seating where visitors could watch fresh donuts travel along the conveyor line.

 

Working closely with Array, our team helped coordinate and manage  the full build execution, ensuring every detail reflected the client’s creative and experiential vision. Despite multiple start‑and‑stop challenges caused by COVID‑related delays, OLI’s commitment, expertise, and adaptability kept the project moving forward.
